I wanted to create a floral frame around this engraving of a jade plant on copper. The color plan of gray with copper springs from the beauty of the gray patina of Liver of Sulpher on copper. To match that I selected gray, black and silver beads and silver-colored leaves. I also constructed a necklace of the same beads and an adjunct, but separate necklace of similar beads. It took me a couple of months of bring this project to fruition, though I was not working on it full time, of course, just here and there when I had a few minutes to spare. All that for $45 plus tax. I call this necklace and pendant "Hope."
